You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the Konohatoto platform. One account per person is permitted. Accounts may not be shared, transferred, or operated by third parties.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Maximum bet limits apply during active bonus play. Abuse of promotions will result in bonus forfeiture and may lead to account suspension.
All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment method used for deposit where operationally possible.
Any form of fraud, collusion, chargebacks, use of automated software, or exploitation of system errors is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Konohatoto will never ask for your password. Report any unauthorised account access to support immediately.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Konohatoto reserves the right to suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms, with winnings voided where fraudulent activity is confirmed.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Konohatoto ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the Konohatoto website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Konohatoto Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. To create a Konohatoto Account, you must complete the online registration form accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
Prior to processing any withdrawal request, Konohatoto requires Players to complete KYC verification. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:
Konohatoto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds pending compliance.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. Konohatoto will never contact you to request your password. In the event of any suspected unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately.
Konohatoto accepts deposits via the following methods available to Malaysian players: DuitNow, FPX (via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and other participating banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless a cryptocurrency method is selected, in which case the equivalent MYR value at the time of confirmation applies.
Deposits are credited to your Account upon confirmed receipt. Konohatoto is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method. The standard minimum deposit is RM30.
Withdrawal requests are processed following successful KYC verification. Funds will generally be remitted to the same payment method used for the original deposit. Processing times vary by method but Konohatoto endeavours to process all approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes communicated on the withdrawal page.
Konohatoto reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing withdrawals. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or pending KYC documentation.
The Konohatoto Platform operates in MYR. Players are responsible for any fees or charges levied by their own bank or payment provider in connection with transactions on the Platform.
All bonuses and promotions offered by Konohatoto are subject to these general terms as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
New Players are eligible for one welcome bonus offer per Account. Welcome bonuses are not available to Players who have held a previous Account on the Platform. Konohatoto reserves the right to modify or discontinue welcome bonus offers at any time without prior notice.
Konohatoto actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using automated betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Any suspected bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of bonuses and associated winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
All bets placed on the Konohatoto Platform are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all bet details — including selection, stake amount, and odds — prior to confirmation. Konohatoto does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where an obvious technical error has occurred and can be verified.
Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface and may vary by game type, market, and player tier. Konohatoto reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time.
Konohatoto reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, software malfunction, or where incorrect odds or payouts were displayed due to a system fault. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's Account balance.
All sports bets — including EPL matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, UFC events, and other markets — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, Konohatoto's individual sport-specific rules govern settlement, as displayed in the sportsbook terms.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Konohatoto Platform:
Konohatoto reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances where fraud is confirmed, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content on the Konohatoto Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the overall site design — is the property of Konohatoto or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Konohatoto Platform without express prior written consent from Konohatoto. Unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate termination of your access and may give rise to legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Konohatoto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
Konohatoto does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on the Platform.
Konohatoto's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Konohatoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling and player welfare. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment purposes only and is strictly available to persons aged 21 and above.
Players are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits using the account management tools available within the Platform. Self-exclusion options — including temporary cooling-off periods and permanent self-exclusion — are available to any Player upon request or through the account settings.

Players may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting Konohatoto's customer support team. Upon Account closure, any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and these Terms.
Konohatoto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the Player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where required by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon Account termination for cause, Konohatoto reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms is confirmed, Konohatoto may forfeit the relevant balance and take such further action as it considers appropriate, including referral to relevant authorities.
Konohatoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice posted on the Platform or, where appropriate, via the email address registered to your Account. Your continued use of the Platform after any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Where a change to these Terms materially affects your rights or obligations, Konohatoto will endeavour to provide reasonable notice prior to the change taking effect. However, changes required by law or regulatory directive may take effect immediately.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Konohatoto is incorporated and licensed to operate. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through Konohatoto's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction that cannot be excluded or modified by agreement.
